(Oral) Petitioner is working as Junior Engineer-I and was issued a charge sheet dated 07.09.2018 (P-1 colly) and before the petitioner supply his reply, the respondents have decided the charge sheet ex parte vide its order dated 06.02.2019 (P-2). Against the above order, the petitioner preferred an appeal dated 11.04.2019 (P-3 colly).

The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that his appeal be decided expeditiously.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the appeal dated 11.04.2019 (P-3 colly) expeditiously.
