In the written statement, it has been submitted that the same post of Principal was advertised again twice by the Management of the said College and thereafter one Dr. (Mrs.) Aruna Anand was selected for appointment for one year with effect from 17.10.2011 subject to decision of the Civil Writ Petition No.16333 of 2011.

It is admitted position that petitioner himself is no longer in India as per instructions received by the counsel from the petitioner. Accordingly, keeping in view the said fact that post in question was advertised again twice and appointment was made thereafter, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
