Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) The alleged detenue, Jasmeet Kaur along with her parents, is present in the Court. She states at bar that she is major and has done her M.B.A. At the time of her marriage with the petitioner, she was serving in a private company at Kala Amb. She further stated at bar that she could not maintain good relations with the petitioner and as such, did not want to live with him. It was also stated that she was happily residing with her parents.

In view of the stand of the alleged detenue, Jasmeet Kaur, learned counsel for the petitioner, after taking instructions from Ishan Sharma (petitioner), prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
