(Oral) Upon perusal of the previous orders passed by this Court particularly order dated 19.9.2017 which was passed at the time of issuance of notice of motion, this Court finds that the petitioner had stated specifically that he does not challenge the conviction since stolen vehicle/motorcycle was recovered from him within hours of lodging of the FIR and that he limits his prayer to reduction of sentence only. Learned State counsel has informed that the petitioner has already undergone the sentence as imposed upon him.
