Present appeal is directed against the order passed by tribunal. Appellant is stated to have suffered 10% disability on account of accident which took place on 14.11.2003. The matter was referred to Lok Adalat but no settlement could be arrived at. Today when the appeal is taken up for hearing a query has been put to counsel for the insurance company whether an amount of `10,000/- would be granted to the appellant for pursuing the litigation. He agrees to this suggestion.

Under the circumstances, this appeal is disposed of with the direction that another amount of `10,000/- shall be payable to the appellant in view of expenses incurred by him for pursuing the litigation.
