Having heard both learned Senior counsel appearing for parents' Association and learned counsel for the applicant, this Court feels that no interference is called for as interim order already stands vacated. In the parting, respondent No.3 i.e. Director School Education is again requested that he should take expeditious steps to pass the administrative order in terms of para 6 of the judgment rendered in main case. Disposed of accordingly.
