******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of order dated 11.05.2016 passed in CWP No. 5480 of 2015, necessary order dated 06.03.2020 has been passed and she has brought a cheque of `8,53,286/- payable to petitioner, who is present in Court. The cheque has been handed over to the petitioner, photocopy of which has been placed on file.

In view of submissions of learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek revival of this petition after making calculation of the due amount if anything is found due.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Rule discharged.
