This is the second petition, cast under Section 438 Cr.P.C., by the petitioner, for his becoming admitted to anticipatory bail, in respect of FIR bearing No. 13 of 2.3.2021, registered at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran, constituting therein offences, under Sections 21/27/29 of the NDPS Act. 2.

The earlier petition filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail was withdrawn on 15.7.2022. Since there is no change of circumstances, thus, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out. 3.

In consequence, the instant petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to access the jurisdictional competent Court, but with an application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. (SURESHWAR THAKUR) JUDGE June 02, 2023 Gurpreet Whether speaking/reasoned :
