Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) An application, dated 20.12.2014 was received in the Secretariat of Hon'ble the Chief Justice with a prayer that Shiva Pandey, the husband of the applicant Pooja, was illegally detained by the police, which was ordered to be treated on judicial side.

Learned counsel for the State submits that Shiva Pandey, the alleged detenu was arrested on 21.12.2014 in a case arising out of FIR No.384, dated 08.12.2014, for the offences punishable under Section 395, IPC, and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station, Bhupani, Faridabad, and since MEENU 2015.02.26 10:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
