(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.590 dated 03.7.2017, under Section 376 IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Chandni Bagh, District Panipat. Learned counsel for the parties ad idem that the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned trial Court on 01.09.2022 and in support of their submission, copy of the judgment dated 01.09.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court (POCSO), Panipat has been placed on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid development, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
