The application sent by Prem Lata to the office of Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice, is treated as criminal writ petition and is taken up on judicial side.
As per the allegations contained in the application, Puja daughter of the petitioner has gone disappeared since 09.07.2015. The suspicion has been raised against the Chowkidar namely Ved Parkash that he has kidnapped the daughter of the petitioner. Today, reply by way of affidavit of Inder Mohan Singh, PPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, has been filed. Same is taken on record.
As per reply, FIR No.177 dated 04.09.2015, under Sections 363, 366-A of IPC, has already been registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka. It is further averred that during investigation Chowkidar namely Ved Parkash was found innocent. It is further stated that the police has made every attempt to find out the girl and RAJESH KUMAR 2016.01.27 13:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRWP No.1136 of 2015 (O&M) -2even they have also searched the nearby area. But, despite that neither the girl nor her father or mother could be found on the given address.
In view of the reply filed by the State in the shape of affidavit of Senior Superintendent of Police, no further action is required to be taken in this petition.
Disposed of accordingly.
