"#  $ Alleged detenue Gurjit Kaur @ Gagandeep Kaur along with Sharanjit Singh @ Sunny respondent No.4, who have been identified by SI Dalip Kumar, Police Station Kathu Nangal, District Amritsar, have come present along with the petitioner Rattan Singh and she has submitted that she is a major and has entered into wedlock with respondent No.4 and is voluntarily residing with him as on date and does not want to accompany her father, the present petitioner Rattan Singh.

    In view of these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.Vikas Gupta, Advocate as well as the petitioner have made statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition. Allowed to do so.
