The instant petition has been filed in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to produce detenue namely Manpreet Kaur.
However, as per report, submitted by the State a case bearing FIR No.38 dated 28.04.2015 U/s 307, 333, 353, 186, 225, 224, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC, P.S. Chohla Sahib District Tarn Taran, has already been registered against the detenue and others. It is further evident from the report that warrants of arrest have already been issued by the Court against the detenue. In view of above report, no further action is required to be taken in the instant petition.
The instant criminal writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
