The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for direction to the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patti to decide application filed under Section 239 Cr.P.C. for discharge of the accused in FIR No.69, dated 07.03.2015, registered under Sections 323, 324, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Patti, District Tarn Taran as learned Court ignored the application of the petitioners.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
