Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file a fresh application seeking grant of bail before the trial Court. 2.
In view of the aforesaid request, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

Needless to mention, in case any such application is filed before the trial Court, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of 2 weeks from filing of such application. 4.
