This case falls under the category of fully burnt cases and pertains to the year 2006. On the last date of hearing no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants and Registry was directed to inform the appellants as well as their counsel. As per report of the Registry, the appellants could not be served for want of correct addresses and their counsel was duly informed. Despite being informed to the learned counsel for the appellants by the Registry, today again there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Further, no effort has been made by the parties to get the file reconstructed. It seems that the appellants are no more interested in pursuing the matter. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
