# It is stated on behalf of the State by Mr. J.S. Brar, Asstt. Advocate General, Punjab on instructions from ASI Ashok Kumar that Pritam Singh son of Jagir Singh along with Mang Masih and Hardip Masih son of Sabar Masih were apprehended by the police for being in illegal possession of 5 kg of Opium and 900 gms of poppy husk and have been arrested in case FIR No.73 dated 29.07.2015 registered at Police Station Ghumman and were produced in the concerned Court on 30.07.2015 and have been sent to judicial custody. Since neither the petitioner has come present nor there is any representation on her behalf and the fact that there has been due RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.08.27 11:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court
