Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Sher Singh, Superintendent of Prison, District Prison, Karnal, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. The same is taken on record. 2.
The petitioner prays for directing the Divisional Commissioner, Rohtak Range, District Rohtak and District Magistrate, Shamli, U.P. (respondents No.2 to 4), to decide his application for Agriculture Parole, which is pending 3.
According to the reply, that has been filed and taken on record, it is, inter alia, stated that parole/release of petitioner for agricultural works has been considered. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
