Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for initiation of contempt proceedings under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of order dated 30.05.2024 passed in CWP-13263-2024 and order dated 20.03.2024 passed in LPA-213-2022. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that a speaking order in compliance of aforesaid orders has already been passed. 3.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies as available in law. Permitted to do so. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
