(ORAL) Through this revision challenge has been laid to order dated 19.01.2017 vide which learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, has disposed of two applications with a direction that cancellation report is sent back to the concerned Magistrate for its disposal in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 drawing attention of this Court to order dated 29.01.2018, repeated his assertions that he has no objection to the acceptance of instant revision in toto. Heard.
