(ORAL) The present peƟƟon has been filed under ArƟcle 226 of ConsƟtuƟon of India for issuance of direcƟons to respondents No. 2 to 4 to provide protecƟon to the peƟƟoners, who are lawful married couple and are apprehending danger to their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No. 5 to 11.

Counsel for the private respondents submits that there is nothing to fear from them. However, under the garb of this peƟƟon, peƟƟoners want to hide their immoral act as peƟƟoner No. 1 marriage is sƟll in subsistence. 3.
Counsel for the peƟƟoners submits that peƟƟoners are Mohammedan and one year has passed when the peƟƟon for protecƟon of life and liberty was filed and now, they do not need any protecƟon and seek liberty to file representaƟon for protecƟon, if need arises so.

Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of with liberty to the peƟtoners to file appropriate representaƟon to the concerned SHO/SP, in case, there is any threat percepƟons and they will provide protecƟon aŌer analysising threat percepƟons at their own wisdom. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
