# In spite of repeated pass-overs, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, which was the situation not only on the last date of hearing but even prior thereto none was present on behalf of the petitioner on 21.08.2015 and 14.08.2015, impels this Court to hold that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition, which as such stands dismissed for non prosecution.
