**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that in pursuance of order dated 12.08.2021 at the stage of issuance of notice of motion, needful in the context of restoring electric connection to the petitioner has been done.

In the present petition, petitioner seeks quashing of notice dated 04.08.2021, vide which electricity connection to the premises of the petitioner/lessee was sought to be disconnected on an application filed by respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 has sold the property to respondents No.3 to 5 in January 2021.     electric connection was sought to be disconnected by the new vendees. Now new vendees have entered into an agreement with the petitioner/lessor, thereby admitting him to be the lessee over the property in question under some agreement. Since electric connection has been restored to the premises of the petitioner, therefore, nothing survives in the present petition.
