Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the complaint filed by the petitioner has been decided and he wishes to challenge the said order and he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, as the prayer made in the present petition does not survive.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioner, in case, he is found involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
