CM-7300-CWP-2025 in/and CWP-12800-2025 (O&M) -2Ferozepur (respondent No.3), whereby while exercising powers under Section 200 of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, respondent No.5, namely, Baljinder Singh, Junior Engineer, has been appointed as Administrator at Gram Panchayat Ghall Khurd, Block Ghall Khurd, District Firozpur without following the proper procedure.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies under Section 201 of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
