(ORAL) Petitioner herein prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-Corporation not to effect recovery from the petitioner pending decision on the appeal. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal is provided under the statutory regulations and the petitioner has availed the said remedy by filing the appeal dated 24th of May, 2023 which is pending consideration.

Mr. Anupam Singla, Advocate appears on advance notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the appeal preferred at the behest of petitioner is pending consideration before the Appellate Authority and the same shall be decided within a period of four months. Counsel for the petitioner submits satisfaction to the aforesaid statement suffered by the counsel representing the respondents.
