(ORAL) Petitioner herein prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-Corporation not to effect recovery from the petitioner pending decision of stay application made in the review petition (Annexure P-5).

Mr. Kshitij Sharma, Advocate appears on advance notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the review petition preferred by the petitioner dated 15th of May, 2023 (Annexure P-5) is pending consideration before the authority and the same shall be decided within a period of four months.

Counsel for the petitioner submits satisfaction to the aforesaid statement suffered by the counsel representing the respondents. Resultantly, the present writ petition is disposed off with the direction to respondent No.3 to decide the review petition preferred by the DEEPAK KUMAR 2023.05.30 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
