# Reply by way of affidavit of Gurnam Singh, PPS, DSP, Sub Division Raja Sansi, District Amritsar (Rural) has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. It is contended therein that the alleged detenue Sandeep Kaur daughter of the petitioner has eloped with respondent No.4 Bachitar Singh regarding which FIR No.77 dated 13.08.2015 under Sections 363/366 IPC has been registered at Police Station Bhindi Saidan, Amritsar (Rural) and that the police is hotly pursuing the case and investigating it vigorously. It is further submitted that the girl has entered into a relationship with respondent No.4 RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.09.16 15:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court

  

 Bachitar Singh and has filed CRM:M No.27267 of 2015 seeking protection against her parents and which petition stands disposed off vide orders dated 17.08.2015.

In view of the aforesaid and the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in spite of repeated pass: overs, nothing survives in the present petition and thus, the same stands dismissed having been rendered infructuous. "
