Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of FIR No. 19, dated 10.01.2018, under Sections 323, 342, 406, 420 & 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Beas, Gohana City, Distrtict Sonipat (Annexure P-1), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn. However, withdrawal of the present petition would not be considered as an embargo in filing the quashing petition on the basis of compromise.
