!"# $ Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record notification issued on 28.08.2015 by the Haryana Government under the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoner (Temporary Release) Act, 2015, which is conceded too at the bar by Mr. Munish Sharma, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana.
Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition however, reserving rights of the petitioner to move appropriate authority within the framework of law.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, in the light of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the concerned authority shall dispose off the representation of the petitioners under the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoner (Temporary Release) Act, 2015, within 30 days of the date of representation.
