In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioner is that the petitioner appeared in the 3rd year examination of GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) course for the session 2023-24 but he has been declared absent in the examination of Midwifery and Gynecological Nursing subject, which was conducted on 22.12.2024 whereas, the petitioner had appeared in the said examination and even photocopy of the answer sheet is also attached.
