The petitioner has come up against the judgment of acquittal dated 20.05.2016 passed by the trial Court, under Section 401 Cr.P.C. 2.

The case was called out twice.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 20.11.2024, this Court had passed the following order which reads as under:

No one is appearing for the petitioner since 12.01.2023. Even today, the petitioner is absent despite pass over.

List on 27.11.2024.

It is clarified that in case none appears for the petitioner on the next date also, the present revision petition shall be dismissed for non prosecution." 4.

The petitioner is unrepresented today.
