Smt. Surjit Kaur wife of Sh. Malkit Singh who claims herself to be the grandmother of the girl-Harpreet Kaur and Jaspal Singh to be the father of girl-Harpreet Kaur who have been identified by the girl have come present before this Court along with the girl. The girl-Harpreet Kaur has made statement before this Court that she is 21 years of age, a major and that of her own without any undue influence, coercion or pressure she is living with her parents at her parental house Dhudike Tehsil and District Moga and wants to reside with them. withdraw the present petition. However, reserving his rights to rake up all the pleas with regard to legality and petitioner's right as a husband over Harpreet Kaur before the appropriate forum accordingly. Disposed of.
