***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to the petitioner for redressal of his grievances including filing an appropriate complaint against respondent No.4 - Lovepreet Singh, who according to the petitioner was already married at the time of solemnizing marriage with petitioner's daughter.
