However, a fervent prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner that fresh representation of the petitioner may be considered by the State expeditiously to which the State counsel has no objection and readily agreed that in case the petitioner moves an application for grant of parole, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously preferably within 20 days from the date of receipt of application.
