(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 3 (1)(d) of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temp. Release) Act, 1988, is for issuance of a direction to respondents to release Jagtar Singh @ Jagtar Nath, father of the petitioner on emergency parole for 15 days to attend the marriage of present petitioner which is fixed for 22.08.2015 and 23.08.2015. Petitioner-Bhola Dass is the son of convict Jagtar Singh @ Jagtar Nath for which appeal bearing CRA-S-3505-SB-2015, is admitted by this Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already filed application dated 06.08.2015 (Annexure P-3) in this regard before respondent No. 3-Superintendent, Central Jail, Ambala. Notice of motion to Advocate General, Haryana. On the asking of Court, Ms. Supriya Arora, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent.
