Application dated 11.8.2015 had been sent by Beena to the Hon'ble Chief Justice of this Court, which was taken on judicial side. Notice of the same was given to the State of Punjab and the learned State counsel was directed to get the matter inquired into and file status report. Reply has been filed by way of affidavit of Shri Rajinder Singh Cheema, PPS, ACP, Atam Nagar, Ludhiana, in which it is stated that the daughter of the applicant, namely Reena and her children are now residing with the applicant. The statement of Beena has also been recorded. She has also stated that she has now no dispute with Dinesh Kumar husband of Reena.
