H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the requisite record is available with the Investigating Agency, he will move an application in the trial court for production of the same during the defence evidence. He states that he be allowed to withdraw the present revision petition with permission to approach the trial court by moving an application for summoning of that record during the defence evidence.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty asked for, clarifying that the trial Court would consider the request of the petitioner and dispose it of in accordance with law.
