Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Ravi Kumar, Police Station, Nisingh, District Karnal, submits that Pinki, the alleged detenue, daughter of the petitioner had solemnized her marriage with Bittu son of Raj Kumar, resident of village Dachar, Police Station, Nisingh, District Karnal, at Yamuna Nagar, against the wishes of the petitioner.
