**** RAVI SHANKER JHA, CHIEF JUSTICE ( Oral ) Learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 submits that the impugned tender notice dated 23.07.2020 (Annexure P-6) has been withdrawn by the authorities at present and re-tendering would be done by them in accordance with law subsequently. The fact of withdrawal of the impugned tender notice has not been disputed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.
