For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Main case is preponed to today and taken up on Board today itself. CWP-12633-2023 Petitioners have approached this Court praying for quashing of order dated 13.03.2023, Annexure P-6, passed by respondent No.2 in Appeal No.3249/72 R preferred before him against the order of Divisional Canal Officer by the private respondents. It is further prayed to issue direction to official respondents to permit continue usage of the Naka on the right side of Mogha Burjee 24579R of Malout Minor in village Karaiwala and not to discriminate against the petitioners by stopping irrigation to their fields at the behest of the private respondents during pendency of this MEENU 2023.12.08 13:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
