RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court impugning the order dated 30.06.2022, Annexure P-3, passed by learned Superintending Canal Officer, Sirhind Canal Circle, Ludhiana and order dated 22.01.2020, Annexure P1, passed by Divisional Canal Officer, Bathinda Canal Division, Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and hence he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
