(Oral) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the revision petition is disposed of with the observations that the trial Court would permit the parties to place on record the affidavits filed by them before this Court in compliance with the order so passed. The parties would be at liberty to file further supplementary or additional affidavits, if they so desire. Thereafter, the trial Court would proceed to decide the petitions expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order there.
The registry is directed to send the original affidavits filed by the parties to the trial Court immediately, retaining the photocopies thereof on the record.
