RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to respondents to allot 8 Standard Unit of Land as per his claim duly accepted by the Government, as per facts and circumstances mentioned in the petition.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner so far has not filed any representation but the same would be filed. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation for redressal of his grievances before respondent No.3-Collector within a week from today and if any such representation is filed within stipulated time, then respondent No.3 would decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of its receipt.
