Mr. Ravikant Berwal, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents and has filed Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 2.
This revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate direction to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaithal to decide the petition filed under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, preferred by the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has estranged relationship with her husband, respondent No.2 and she was turned out of the matrimonial home. A 31⁄2 years child, born out of wedlock, was forcibly snatched from her and a criminal case has been registered against her husband and his family members. CR-3274-2024 -2noted petition before the Family Court at Kaithal, which is pending for the last two years. He requests that a direction be issued to the Court to decide the petition in a time bound manner.

This Court is of the view that there is substance in the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. Family Court, Kaithal shall make an endeavour and decide the petition as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

Petition is disposed off.
