(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the writ petition has been filed mainly for issuance of a direction to the respondent-authorities to restrain the private respondents not to hold a "dharna" within 300 meters of the school, but as of now the said "dharna" is discontinued.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is rendered infructuous. However, since the petitioner seeks issuance of some general directions so as to restrain the respondents or other people from holding any "dharna", petitioner shall be at liberty to file a Civil Writ Petition seeking such relief.
