**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) The petitioners, by way of present petition, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, thereby directing the respondents to release the enhanced compensation alongwith statutory benefits and interest as provided under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. [2] Learned State Counsel informs that the application preferred at the instance of petitioners in terms of Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, stands allowed vide order of even date passed by respondent No. 4-Land Acquisition Collector, Rohtak and even a copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for petitioner. [3] Further, learned State Counsel, on instructions, informs that the compensation payable to the petitioners alongwith statutory benefits besides up-to-date interest thereupon shall be released to them within six weeks from today.

[6] It is made clear that in case of any default on the part of office of Land Acquisition Collector, Rohtak towards disbursement of compensation amount, the officer(s) concerned shall be liable to pay costs of Rs. 2 lakhs to the petitioners.

[7] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
