Learned State counsel submits that matter regarding juvenility of the petitioner was considered by the revisional court at Mewat. Vide order dated 28.04.2016, revisional court has set-aside the order declaring the petitioner juvenile and remanded the case to the concerned court for decision afresh.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy, if any cause of action arises.
