Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.138 dated 16.08.2020, registered under Sections 308, 451, 323 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Budhlada, District Mansa.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Baljit Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. He has further instructions to state that there is no other criminal case pending against the petitioner.
