The present appeal has been preferred under Section 101 (5) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, 2015 against the impugned order passed by learned Presiding Officer (Children Courts) Rewari, whereby the bail of the appellant has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal at this stage to avail the remedy available to him to challenge the order dated 03.08.2021 passed by Children Court, Rewari. He however prays that the limitation may not stand in his way.
